Reporting a wrong score

This is the most useful message you can send us, and the hardest to act on without details. Please include:

• the game and the variant you selected;
• the number of players or teams;
• what the app displayed, and what you expected;
• the round concerned, if the disagreement is about a specific round.

The app's scoring follows an identified rule source for each game. When your table plays differently — which is common, especially for Belote and Tarot — tell us: it is often a variant to add rather than a defect to fix.

Tell us which one, and where its official rules are published if you know. The most requested games come first.

Do I need an account?

No. The app works entirely without an account and without a network. An account will become useful later, to find your games again on another device.

Does it work offline?

Playing and keeping score need neither an account nor a connection. The app is built for kitchen tables, campsites and country houses where there is no signal.

One precision, to be exact: pending usage statistics are sent when connectivity returns, at most once a day. They have no effect on play and can be switched off in the settings. See the privacy policy.

I changed phones — where are my games?

They were on the old device, and never left it. Until account synchronisation exists, there is no way to transfer them. That is the accepted trade-off of working without an account.

How do I fix a mistyped score?

Nothing is frozen during a game: a round can be corrected or cancelled, and the total is recalculated. A finished game can be reopened from the history.

How do I turn off usage statistics?

Settings, Privacy section. You can also reset your identifier there and request deletion of statistics already sent. See the privacy policy.
